Frequently Asked Questions

OneShruti - Transform yourself into the depths of Love

  • All the sessions are 1 hr each except for the Inner soul transformation work, which is 1.5 hrs

  • All you need is to be present and have uninterrupted time for yourself. Do not consume any drugs or alcohol within 24hrs of each session. These sessions cannot be done under the influence and cannot be made up if you are unable to be in sound mind.

  • We will begin at whatever level you are at. No one is unable to do this work, unless they choose not to. However, doing any form of meditation leading up to your Soul Transformation will help you get used to getting in touch with your inner world. Regardless of your level or where you begin, progress will be made.

  • • Keep a journal, write down what you are learning and uncovering.

    • Answer any journal prompts given

    • Practice any teachings that resonate with your belief system

  • OneShruti can accommodate one date change and it can be done by emailing hello@oneshruti.com. If you cannot make 5 or more of the sessions consecutively, it would be best to wait until you can meet atleast 5 weeks in a row.
