OneShruti - Heal into a magical you

  • All the sessions are 1 hr each except for the Inner soul transformation work & Heart medicine and connection, which are both 1.5 hrs each

  • All you need is to be present and have uninterrupted time for yourself. Do not consume any drugs or alcohol within 24hrs of each session. These sessions cannot be done under the influence and cannot be made up if you are unable to be in sound mind.

  • We will begin at whatever level you are at. No one is unable to do this work, unless they choose not to. However, doing any form of meditation leading up to Soul Magic will help you get used to getting in touch with your inner world. Regardless of your level or where you begin, progress will be made.

  • • Keep a journal, write down what you are learning and uncovering

    • Answer any journal prompts given

    • Practice any teachings that resonate with your belief system

    • After session 8, the heart medicine and connection is an essential piece of the magic and practicing this daily will truly deliver magic in your life

  • OneShruti can accommodate up to two date changes for the 12-week package and they can be done by emailing at hello@oneshruti.com. If you cannot make 10 or more of the sessions consecutively, it would be best to wait until until you can.
